Mr. Korybut brings to TADS corporate, operational, and financial management experience in both the domestic and international arenas. Most recently, Mr. Korybut has been the Managing Partner of Plumtree Consulting Group LLC, an advisory firm offering management and financial consulting services to high-growth public companies. From 1999 through 2004, Mr. Korybut was President and Member of the Board of Directors of Sterling Financial Group of Companies, Inc, a Florida-based financial services firm with offices throughout the United States, Europe, and Latin America, and which was recognized in 2002 and 2003 by Inc. Magazine as the 8th and 26th fastest growing privately-held company in the United States, respectively.
While at Sterling Financial, Mr. Korybut founded and managed the Investment Banking and Research divisions, which provided strategic and financial advisory services, capital raising services, and research services to high-growth companies in the private and public sectors.
Over the course of his career in finance, Mr. Korybut has worked for some of the nation's most recognized investment banking firms such as Salomon Smith Barney, Inc. in New York City where he was a Vice President during the five years prior to Sterling Financial.
